The chicken will drop to the top of the vent. Preventing the chicken form getting hurt, place an invincible immovable object above the chicken. Go into the hole at far right. Use the shovel to remove the red wall. Access the orange switch. Flip the baby blue switch at far left. Go into the hole at far right. Use the shovel to remove the red wall. Access the red switch. Retrieve starlite.
